Coffee Bloom
A king bedroom opening onto the western veranda — the side of the house that catches the last of the afternoon light over the estate.
Where the morning mist drapes itself over the coffee blossoms, and time decides to slow down for a while.
Tucked into a quiet bend of a private coffee estate, Peaceful Casa is a small, slow homestay built for guests who'd rather hear the rain on a tin roof than a notification on their phone.
The house is colonial in bone and contemporary in spirit — polished teak floors, deep verandas that overlook the plantations, fireplaces that earn their keep on cold nights, and breakfasts that take their time.
We are a family-run home. There are no concierges, no scripts. Just our team — who know the names of the village dogs, the best trail to the waterfall, and exactly when the cardamom is ready.
There is a particular kind of silence that lives in the Western Ghats — older than language, kinder than sleep. We built this house around it.
Every room at Peaceful Casa was designed around its own piece of view — the ridge, the orchard, the old jackfruit tree. Hand-loomed linens, claw-foot tubs, and a fireplace where it earns its keep.

Our quietest suite. A clawfoot tub by a window of trees, and a fireplace that you'll be tempted not to leave.
A standalone cottage with its own walled garden, fireplace and sit-out. Best for honeymooners and writers who'd rather not be found.
Most of our guests arrive with itineraries and leave having done a third of them. The hills have their own pace; we'd recommend matching it.
Photographs the house has collected — from the verandas, the plantations, and the small mornings in between.
"We came for two nights and ended up extending to five. The house is exactly the kind of quiet you forget exists."
Aditi & Rohan, Mumbai"That breakfast on the veranda — akki roti, plantation honey, and a fog you could lean into. I think about it weekly."
Daniel, Bengaluru"Asha's pandi curry, Naveen's coffee walk, and a fireplace big enough for the whole evening. Already plotting our return."
